Write in SuperAAC on the big inner screen, and the person in front of you reads your message on the outer screen as you write it.

The Communication Software fully reinvented

Words, symbols and phrases on a grid of buttons, spoken aloud the moment one is chosen by touch, mouse, switch scanning or eye gaze.

A Snack time board while listening: the Listen cell is on, the heard question “Do you want juice or water?” is shown with a picture over each word, and three replies are suggested: Juice, please; Water, please; No, thank you.
It listens, too. Contextual speech recognition (Beta) shows what the partner asked and, with AI mode on, suggests replies that answer it.
The “Designing your board” pop-up over the dimmed Everyday words board: a Snack time board fills in cell by cell (I, want, more, please, all done, apple, banana, cookie, bread, cereal, juice), with each step listed below.
Ask for a board, and watch it take shape. The AI Assistant (Beta) chooses the words, the symbols and the colours, one cell at a time.
The Edit cell panel (cell type, the label “drink”, speaking language, position, font, size and role in sentence) beside a large preview of the cell “drink”.
Or shape every cell yourself. Set its words, symbol, colour and speaking language. On a phone, give it a vibration a deafblind person can feel.
  • 17 languages
  • 5 platforms: iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows and Mac
  • Offline Boards and speech need no network after the first sign-in
  • Text-to-speech in phone and video calls

On iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 18.2 or later, what the person says through SuperAAC goes into a phone call, FaceTime and most other call apps that use Apple’s voice processing. The person answers, SuperAAC stays on screen, and what they say is also heard in the room.

SuperCoach Beta

The remote modeling tool that lets you teach AAC with AAC

Model language on the person’s SuperAAC board from your own phone, over Bluetooth, without reaching across them.

Model, point, praise. You model “I want”, point to “more”, and when the person touches it themselves, one press sends a reward to their screen.
SuperCoach connected to the Everyday words board: the cell “want” highlighted on a small copy of the board and drawn large beside it, a Send reward button, the Model/Cursor and Select/Zoom switches, and the arrow pad.
Highlight, then select. Move cell by cell across the person’s board, with a preview of the cell you are on; Select presses it, as a finger would.
SuperCoach on the Everyday words board with Zoom chosen, ready to enlarge the cell “want”.
Point without speaking. Zoom makes a cell on the person’s board swell for a moment, without pressing it.
SuperCoach’s Pictures card: three pictures (a playground, a ball, an apple), the caption “At the park”, where they go (Remnant Book and External Images Library, or External Images Library only), and a Send to button.
Send the day’s pictures. Up to ten photos at a time reach the person’s library or Remnant Book, with location data removed. Their SuperAAC must accept pictures first.
  • Bluetooth Phone to device, with no network in between
  • Consent SuperAAC cannot be found until the person allows it, and switching it off ends the session at once
  • 17 languages
